More space has enabled us to commission and develop exciting new work—and new types of work.
We’re exploring creative opportunities like adapting large-scale classics for the intimate Aurora stage, and working with local dance greats on innovative productions. Our large, multi-use room will make it possible for playwrights and directors to workshop their visions on site, long before the pressure of an opening night.
The space will also be transformed for public staged readings and other performing and literary events, where artists can address the compelling issues of our day.
