 Priority Seating

Choose the best seats before the general public. Subscribers can also exchange their tickets and book additional tickets one week before single tickets go on sale to the public.

Easy Exchanges

Subscribers can now make unlimited ticket exchanges for free. Exchange or replace tickets by phone or in person during regular Box Office hours at least 25 hours before the original show date. (If you call fewer than 25 hours before your performance we will exchange your tickets for a $10 per ticket fee [plus price of difference, if any] up until one hour before showtime.)

SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNTS

We offer Subscriptions Discount to eligible patrons who qualify for the following 4 categories:
 

MILITARY 

Active and retired U.S. military personnel receive 20% off subscription prices through Theatre Communications Group's Blue Star Theatres program. Please type in the code MILITARYSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount. 
 

FULL-TIME TEACHERS

Current full-time teachers receive 20% off subscription prices. Proof of current employment is required. Please send either a copy of your teacher's ID from an accredited educational institution, or a recent pay stub (with any private information blocked out). You can mail that with your renewal form, or email it as an attachment at boxoffice@auroratheatre.org. Please type in the code EDUCATORSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount. 
 

35 & UNDER

Patrons 35 and under can subscribe for half-price! We will need a valid ID with proof of age for each patron requesting the discount. You can include this with your order form, or e-mail it as an attachment to boxoffice@auroratheatre.org. Please type the code 35UNDERSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount.
 

STUDENT

We offer a deeply discounted subscription for full-time current college students. Tickets are $15 per play.  We will need a valid School ID for Each Patron getting the discount. You can include this with your order form, or e-mail it as an attachment to boxoffice@auroratheatre.org Please type the code STUDENTSUB on the Shopping Cart page to activate this discount.
 
 
 

Online Subscribing Faqs

WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS SHOULD I USE?
Please use the same email address we have on file. If you need to, request that your password be reset. If you create a new account with a different email address, it will be more difficult for us to match up your new account with your original information.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Once you have purchased your package, you will receive a confirmation email that your transaction has been completed. When we get back in the office, we will complete the renewal process and send you an email that has your dates, times and seat locations on it.

HOW DO I REQUEST A SEAT OR DAY OF THE WEEK CHANGE?
If you want to make changes to your subscription, complete your renewal for your current seats and note the details of the changes you need in the Comments section on the Check Out page. Most seat or date changes will be made in June after the renewal deadline.

WHAT IS THE DATE ON THE SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE PAGE?
You may notice there is a date on the page for your subscription package. This is simply the last date that the package can be sold - required by the ticketing software -- not the date when you attend your show.

WHY DOES THE PACKAGE PAGE SAY "FESTIVAL SEATING?"
When you purchase a subscription package online, you are purchasing a space for that particular day of the week and time, not a reserved seat.  After you complete your transaction, the Box Office will seat you for your performance and send you a confirmation email with your specific dates, times and seat locations.  Those confirmations will be sent in May once our staff can return to the physical box office.

I HAVE A QUESTION - CAN I CALL THE BOX OFFICE?
If you have questions or issues, please send us an email instead of calling. We are working at home and accessing the voicemail and returning calls is a little difficult. Email responses are much easier for us.

CAN I MAIL YOU A CHECK?
As we are currently working outside of the office, we can't easily pick up checks and deposit them. At this time, we would prefer to process orders online if possible, but mailing a check is acceptable if that's what works for you.

CAN I GET A PRINTED FORM?
Once we return to the office, we will mail printed forms to patrons who haven't renewed yet. At that time, you would be able to mail it back or pay by check if you like.
