Theatre is a space of shared imagination—a place where stories bring us together, challenge us, surprise us, and help us see one another in new ways.
As Aurora looks toward its next chapter, we are excited not simply to return, but to reimagine how we connect with our community through the work we create onstage and the conversations, gatherings, partnerships, and experiences we build around it.
We want Aurora to be a place where people come together: artists and audiences, longtime supporters and new neighbors, people who already love theatre and people discovering it for the first time. We are exploring new ways to open our doors, deepen relationships, invite conversation, and create opportunities for connection both on and off the stage.
Our next chapter is an opportunity to build on nearly three decades of artistic work while asking new questions about what a theatre can be and whom it can serve.
