When subscribing online, you will notice that your only option for seating says "Festival Seating." Don't worry! Returning subscribers will get their same seats if they subscribe by June 15th.

This takes you to the Season Subscriptions page with a blue Login to renew existing subscriptions button to follow. Once logged-in please review your subscription details and click the green Renew button. Change requests can be noted and are processed after the initial renewal deadline in order to optimize the available options. As such, changes are not reflected in your subscription seat(s) as you proceed. A general seating diagram is included at the bottom of the screen for visual reference.
Clicking on the Renew Subscription button takes you to your shopping cart which details your subscription tickets. Click Checkout & Pay. Once you have processed your payment information your renewal is complete and you will receive an email confirmation. We look forward to seeing you in the theatre again!
This takes you to the Season Subscriptions page with a green New Subscription button to follow. Selecting a Performance Series in the drop down options will update the seating map where the grey squares show the available seats. This page update takes a moment. If you have a preference you can select a section before you indicate how many seats you are subscribing to. Click the green Suggest Some Subscription Seats button to show the best option available will be indicated on the screen. While you will not be able to directly pick seats, each time you click on the blue Suggest Other Seats button the next best option is presented.
Clicking the green Add Subscription to Shopping Cart button takes you to your shopping cart to detail your subscription. When you are satisfied click the green Checkout & Pay button. If you already haven't done so you will be prompted to login at this point. Please use the email you received this at for options 1 or 2. Please do not use option 3 as an account is required for a subscription. If you don't recall your password or have not set it up yet, click on the blue Forgot My Password button and follow the instructions. Once you have processed your payment information your subscription is complete and you will receive an email confirmation. Thank you for joining us!

Current full-time teachers receive 20% off subscription prices. Proof of current employment is required. We offer a deeply discounted subscription to students. Tickets are $15 per play. We will need a valid School ID for Each Patron getting the discount. Please use the same email address we have on file. If you need to, request that your password be reset. If you create a new account with a different email address, it will be more difficult for us to match up your new account with your original information.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Once you have completed your subscription purchase, you will receive a confirmation email which lists your dates, times and seat locations on it.
HOW DO I REQUEST A SEAT OR DAY OF THE WEEK CHANGE?
If you want to make changes to your subscription renewal, the second page of the process has a dedicated section for you to detail your requested changes. We will process these changes after the initial renewal deadline has passed in order to maximize the options for you.
